Returns
We stand behind our products and workmanship and want everyone who receives a Wine Lover Accessories product to be completely satisfied. If you are not delighted with any stock item, you may return it for a prompt exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days of receiving your merchandise. All merchandise must be returned in new condition with your receipt and all original boxes, packing materials, documentation, and instructions. Sorry, no returns on personalized items, custom products, computer software, books, or food. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We can only issue a refund or credit to the original purchaser. So that we may process your return more quickly, please notify us prior to returning any merchandise. For all wine racks, large furniture pieces and refrigerators, a 20% restocking charge will be imposed on any cancellations or returns.
Shipping
Most purchases are shipped within 3-5 business days of the order. Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Standard Delivery option is available for all orders in the continental U.S. Rush Orders are available at additional cost and vary in price depending on product and turnaround time required. Sorry, we cannot ship items to a P.O. Box.
Limitation: We are not responsible for delays caused by UPS. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. Any damage to the shipment, loss or shortages must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. In the case of damage, the original packaging must be kept until claim has been filed.
